Erasmus groups had the privilege of attending a presentation by Ángel Espinosa González, who delved into the transformative role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in education. The session explored the SAMR model—Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, and Redefinition—as a framework for integrating technology into teaching and learning. Key highlights included strategies for enhancing student engagement, promoting digital literacy, and addressing challenges such as digital distraction and inequality in access to technology. The expert also shared practical tools and techniques for effective classroom use, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development for educators.
